# Aquaculture operators increasingly embrace electric motorboats to boost sustainability efforts

Evoy’s high-output electric motors are becoming a strategic choice for the aquaculture industry, offering a sustainable and cost-effective alternative to diesel engines. Norwegian companies like Bremnes Seashore are adopting Evoy’s electric motor systems, which reduce emissions while cutting operational costs. Benefits of electric vessels include lower fuel costs, minimal maintenance, and zero emissions. Bremnes Seashore, which operates 30 workboats, has already converted two to electric and plans to expand its electric fleet. With Evoy’s charging solutions and expanding range capabilities, electric boats are enhancing efficiency, comfort, and environmental responsibility in aquaculture operations.
