# Chemship's wind-assisted chemical tanker to set sail in 2026

Chemship, a Dutch shipping company, marks a significant milestone in maritime sustainability with the inauguration of the "world's first" chemical tanker equipped with sails. The vessel, MT Chemical Challenger, adorned with innovative VentoFoil units from eConowind, aims to reduce CO2 emissions and enhance fuel efficiency.
