IATTC adopts electronic monitoring standards to enhance fishing vessel oversight

Meeting in early September, the IATTC responded to calls from groups like Pew and the International Seafood Sustainability Foundation (ISSF) to increase vessel monitoring in the Eastern Pacific high seas.
