New grant to support IoT uptake in Scottish aquaculture sector
A business support initiative called IoT Secure, led by Scotland's innovation centre for sensing, imaging, and Internet of Things (IoT)technologies (CENSIS), is encouraging Scottish companies, including those in the aquaculture sector, to invest in IoT technology. The initiative offers cybersecurity workshops and consultations to SMEs and startups interested in adopting IoT technologies. IoT Secure has garnered additional government funding to expand its reach and provide guidance to companies on adopting IoT devices and addressing upcoming changes to cybersecurity regulations. The program aims to enhance the adoption of IoT technologies in various sectors vital to the Scottish economy. (
