Petrofac seal agreement for North Sea CO2 storage projects

TotalEnergies has awarded Petrofac a three-year engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) framework agreement for brownfield services in the UK North Sea region fields. Additionally, Petrofac's consulting team has initiated the front-end engineering design (FEED) process for Neptune Energy's L10 carbon storage infrastructure development in the Dutch North Sea. The L10 project aims to store up to 5 million mt per year of CO2 from onshore industrial emitters, connecting to the Netherlands' Aramis carbon capture, transportation, and storage project.  (Offshore Magazine)
